Delivery & Setup
-
We deliver to an approximate 15 mile radius from Norwood. You can find the list of towns we deliver to and the associated delivery fees on the Service Area page.
-
Yes. There is a minimum order of $200 (before taxes and fees) to qualify for delivery.
-
We can definitely deliver to parks or rented spaces, but we will need to have access to the space for setup up to a day in advance of the event and a day after the event. If you have a tighter time schedule, give us a call, and we may be able to accommodate.
-
We will schedule delivery and setup at a time that is convenient to the customer, but we generally will setup a day or so before your event and teardown the day after the event.
-
We require parking very close to the location large enough to fit our 12 foot trailer and pickup truck. We’d prefer to park in a driveway or close to the setup site (if vehicle accessible), but if street parking is required, the customer should reserve space in front of the home/setup site so we can be efficient. Parking an excessive distance from the delivery site could incur additional fees.
There should be a clear path from the parking area to the setup site free from trip hazards. Some steps/stairs may be okay, but please disclose during booking if there are additional obstacles.
-
Not necessarily. We will make every effort to accommodate the customer’s schedule, but we can setup and teardown without the customer present IF there is access to the site and the final payment has been made prior to the arrival of the drivers. In the event that a customer cannot be present for setup, we will schedule a time before the event to review the setup site with the customer so we know exactly where everything is going.

The answer really depends on the package(s) and/or items that are reserved. For example, our Queen of Hearts package (20 × 40 tent, 8 tables, and 64 chairs) will take ~3 hours to assemble. Add-ons like tent lights and linens will add additional time. But a Tea Party package will take significantly less time (~1 hour) because pop-up tents do not require as much assembly and there are far fewer tables and chairs to bring from the trailer to the site.
Teardown is always much quicker. The same Queen of Hearts package will take us ~2 hours to fully disassemble and pack away in the trailer.
