  • The 10 × 20 pop-up tent provides 200 square feet of covered space with no center poles, allowing the included tables and chairs to fit comfortably within its compact footprint.

    This package includes seating for 16 guests. Available space will vary if the tent is also used for food service, gifts, beverages, or other event features.

  • A clear, reasonably level area measuring approximately 10 × 20 feet is required. The area should be free of low branches, overhead wires, structures, play equipment, and other obstructions that could interfere with installation.

    The tent may be anchored with 8-inch stakes where ground conditions allow or secured with weighted bags on suitable hard surfaces. Guy lines may also be used when additional wind support is appropriate.

    Customers are responsible for identifying sprinkler lines, septic components, underground utilities, and other hidden hazards before setup.

  • Sidewalls, linens, cocktail tables, lighting, additional tables and chairs, and other coordinating rentals are available separately.
